154- Pink Flowers

OK... calling all botanists, horticulturalists, or just plain knowledgeable folks. I have these beautiful perennials. They bloom all season long in pink and a darker almost red color. So does anyone know what this is called? It is one of those lovelies that will take over the yard if you're not careful.
