My backdoor neighbor's sons trimmed his fruit trees and a few branches fell over the fence into my yard. I dutifully picked them up (no, I didn't even consider chucking them back across the fence into his yard). As I was walking them to the trash I looked at them and said, "Ha! Reindeer Antlers!" And I just happened to have a willing model.

They are perfect. P
He is a cutey pants! Makes me want a real yard to decorate...but someday eh? When we lived in our duplex, the lady who lived next door put up plastic deer in our yard. They weren't too bad at the beginning but they did not weather well and ended up looking like disheveled long-legged wild dogs....and when we got all that snow last year and they were buried under large drifts of snow pushed off the driveway it did not help their looks any (and I must admit, we laughed and laughed thinking of those ugly things buried under all the dirty snow ;)
